I remember Peggy Samples back in the early 90″s when I worked for Gwinnett County Public Utilities. Peggy was a great soul and a wonderful co-worker that will be truely missed by many. What a character she was. I am so sorry to hear this news and praying for the family now and in days to come.

  2. I worked with Peggy for several years at Gwinnett County. She was always a pleasure to work with. We shared lots of laughs during the years we worked together.
