Sara Holmes Fowler, age 93 of Hull, passed away Sunday, January 5, 2025. Sara is survived by her kids Willie of Twin Cities, Calvin of Jefferson, James of Ball Ground, Cindy of Bristol, TN, Tony and wife Becca of Hull, Ashley and husband Eddy of Braselton; grandchildren Sandie and husband Jamie, Alan, Theresa and husband Chester, Billy and wife Christina, Jessica and husband Danny, Sarah, Katelynn, Joshua and wife Madelyn, Trevor, Jacob, Olivia, Chloe, Eli, Jaxton, Paisley, and Billy McDaniel; 14 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years Floyd “Leon” Fowler; sons Lamar Freeman and Doug Fowler; parents Mandy and George Holmes; great grandson Owen Elliot; great nephew Chris Groover; and all of her brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the visitation at the funeral home.
