Charles R. Mayfield, age 53, of Winder passed away Sunday, March 17, 2013. He is survived by his wife Tammy S. Mayfield; sons Charles E. Mayfield, Jr., of Winder, step son Anthony Patterson and Jessica of Tiger; brother Mickey Mayfield and Estell of Commerce. A Memorial Service will be held 7:00 PM Friday, March 22, 2013 at New Life Worship Center in Statham, GA. Brother Leon Pass will be officiating.
