Donald “Doodle” Clarence Crowe, age 44, of Winder passed away Friday, January 8, 2021. Doodle was a native of Winder. He enjoyed going fishing and playing cards. He did not let his disability slow him down. He got around well with his scooter. He would ride around in the neighborhood checking on everyone, seeing what was happening and told everyone “hello”. Survivors include his sisters Donna Sue White and husband Scott of Winder, Patricia Newberry and boyfriend Tommy Scruggs of Bethlehem; several nieces and nephews. Doodle was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Sue Crowe. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Monday, January 11, 2021 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Minister Donnis Franklin will be officiating. Interment to follow at Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery, 2570 Harbins Road, Dacula, GA 30019. The family will receive friends 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the funeral home.
