Mr. Jay Keith Allen, age 48 of Winder passed away Saturday, July 16, 2011. He was survived by his daughter, Brittany Howard and husband Lee of Winder, mother Elsie Allen of Catersville, Ga., brothers, Terry Allen of Cartersville, Max Woodall and wife Judy of Canton, sisters Jeannie Sheridon of Jackson, MS.,Amy Blakley and husband Randy of Monroe Ga., grandson Seth Howard. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 2:00 P.M. July 23, 2011 at the Barrow Worship Center. Officiating Pastor Charles Reese and Rev. Jason Walls.
