Juanita E. Self, age 74, of Auburn passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021. Juanita loved to cook as well as crocheting. Survivors include her husband of 57 years William E. Self; son Mitch C. Self of Auburn; daughter Cindy M. Self of Auburn; sisters Mickey Hayes of Hoschton, Lindsey R. Watkins. Juanita is preceded in death by her parents Claude Ruark, Winnie Mae Hayes Ruark; brothers Wayne Lee Ruark, Ricky D. Ruark; grandson William Shane Self. Funeral services will be held 11:00am Friday, July 30, 2021 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dwayne Hayes will be officiating. Interment to follow at Center United Methodist Church Cemetery, Hoschton, GA. The family will receive friends 6:00pm to 8:00pm Thursday, July 29, 2021 at the funeral home.
