Judge William Henry Cooper, Jr., age 98, of Statham passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012. He is survived by his wife Helen P. Cooper; son William H. Cooper, III and wife Jo of Hoschton; daughter Catherine C. Webster and husband Mark of Suwanee; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
