Lela Mae Jolley Wiliams, age 84, of Jefferson passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019. Lela loved to read her bible, watch movies, tell stories about her family. She loved her wrist watch and loved watching time. Survivors include son Bobby Jefferson Jolley Sr. and wife Margaret of Athens; daughters Elaine Bryant of Jefferson, Brenda Rutledge and husband Ricky of Commerce, Donna Rutledge and husband Terry of Auburn; Brothers Ernest Earl McCormick of Huntsville, Alabama, Issac Ray McCormick and wife Tammy of Flintville, Tennessee; sisters Martha Moore of New Market, Alabama, Della Jolley of Flintville, Tennessee, Marie Allison and husband Joe of Merdianville, Alabama, Ann Kelley and husband Marvin of Huntsville, Alabama. Lela has 15 grandchildren, 35 great granchildren and 13 great great grandchildren. Lela is preceded in death by her husbands Clinton Jolley, Amos Roger Williams, son Billy Ray Jolley, brother Jessie Milo McCormick, parents Elmert and Mary Lou McCormick. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Sister Elaine Braynt will be officiating. Interment will be at First Pentecostal Oneness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 23, 2019 through Friday, October 25, 2019 at First Pentecostal Oneness Church 67 Arcade Park Street, Jefferson, GA 30549. The body will lie in state 10:00 AM Saturday, October 26, 2019 until service time at the funeral home chapel.
