Lenard Ernest Mickler, age 65, of Winder passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Lee Peters will be officiating. Interment cremation. The family will receive friends 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at the funeral home. He leaves behind wife Barbara Mickler of winder, Ga. Stepdaughter Jennifer and stepson Anthony. His sister Marie Baker and (Bob baker. ) brothers Charles and Jerry mickler. 2 nieces Stephanie and Regina
For a while my bro would call me often. Everytime he would say “hey sis whatcha doing?” I am missing those calls, but looking forward to when I’ll walk into heaven and hear him say “hey sis whatcha doing?” Rest easy now little brother I’ll see you soon.
Leonard was a loving Father and Husband and Friend. His best buddy was his dog “Girl “ I will remember him always smiling. Rest in the arms of Jesus my Friend.
So sorry to here. My brother Chuck and Leonard were so close as teens. He spent a lot of time with my family.
