Merna Rose Haberman, age 87, of Tucker GA passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021. Merna deeply loved her family. She enjoyed shopping, watching her western movies, going out as well as going out to eat. She loved animals and her two favorites, Max the dog and Dinky the cat. She was a great mother, mother in law and friend. She raised 3 boys into strong wonderful men, was never afraid to share her opinion and gave great advice. She was courteous and went out of her way to talk to everyone. She would make you smile and feel comfortable. She considered it a personal challenge to get the grumpiest person in the room to talk to her and smile. She had a wonderful sense of style and came from a time that you always dressed your best. This may be why she was a model for Beeline Fashions when her boys were young. She had a quick wit, a ready laugh and a warm hug. We will miss her greatly, but know that she is in a better place. We will meet again. Merna is survived by her sons Bruce W. Haberman and wife Kindra of Locus Grove GA, Tony J. Haberman and wife Sheri of Hoschton GA, Larry D. Haberman of Tucker GA; grandchildren Nickolus, Chanda and husband Wayne, Ashley, Phillip and wife Shu, Elizabeth and husband Taylor, Paul, Micheal, Jacob and wife Ashley; Great grandchildren Chancie, Royanne, Beau, Alexis, Georgia, Adryanah, Adeline, McKennly. As well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews. Merna is preceded in death by her parents Frank Broers and Lena E. Eisenhauer Broers; brother Larry Dean Broers; sister Verna May Strawser. The family will be having a private family memorial at a later date.
