Myrtle Ellen Fortner

Mrs. Myrtla Ellen Fortner , age 93 of Braselton formerly Canyon TX, passed away, Thursday, October 11, 2012. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Hereford, TX and amember of the Arney Community Club in Happy TX. She was pre-ceded in death by her husband Bernice D. Fortner. She was survived by her sons, Pastor Don Fortner and wife Joyce of Marvell Ark,Dr. Gary Fortner and wife Gail of Claiemore, Ok., daughter,Bernita Tunnell amd husband Pastor Dale Tunnell of Braselton,brother, Wayne Elliston and wife Joelle of Amarillo TX and sisters, Ivagene Elliston of Hereford TX , Evelyn Fitzpatrick and husband Eddie of Albuquerque, New Mexico, 10 Grandchildren,15 Great Grandchildren,6 Great Great Grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, 10:00 A.M. October 15, 2012 at Holley Funeral Home. Officiating Pastor Don Fortner, Pastor Dale Tunnell, Pastor Dale Ray Tunnell, Interment Happy Cemetery. Pallbearers include Bobby Tunnell,Dusty Tunnell, Nickolas Tunnell, James Fortner,Shad Fortner,Pastor Dale Ray Tunnell. Honorary Pallbearers include: Kenneth Calhoun, John Ramirez, Bryan Potts, Stephen Hager.
