Thomas Carlton Thigpen, age 74, of Dania Beach passed away Friday, June 1, 2018. He enjoyed fishing, gambling and working on cars. He loved his pets; Boo and Molly. Survivors include his wife Elizabeth Thigpen and former wife Carole Bell; daughters Peggy Law of Lawrenceville, Pamela Holley of Lawrenceville, Tonya Akin of Commerce, Terri Kitching and husband Joseph of Flowery Branch; grandchildren Sean Law, Jennifer Britt, Maggie Stuteville, Jessica Holden, Lacey Pruitt and Justin Wynn; 8 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 7:15 pm Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Monti Robinson will be officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held 11:00 am Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Crestlawn Cemetery 2000 Marietta Blvd. NW, Atlanta., GA 30318.
