Dorothy Ann King, age 77 of Winder passed away Thursday, December 21, 2023. She is survived by her husband Richard Franklin King; son James Richard King; daughters Melinda Smith, Debra Palermo, Kimberly Ann Ramos; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren. Dorothy was preceded in death by her father Joel Black and mother Lillian Gray. A Graveside service will be held 10:30 am Thursday, December 28, 2023 at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Ga.. The family will receive friends 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements by Lawson Funeral Home, 4532 Hwy 53 Hoschton, Ga., 30548.
