Darlene Mae Gipson, age 78 of Clermont, Ga., passed away Saturday, October 12, 2024. Darlene loved arts and crafts, the flea market, bingo, Bath and Body Works, the lottery, shopping, and most of all her family, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She is survived by her son Wayne Gipson and wife Melody of Winder; daughters Tracy Gore and husband Kirk of Clermont, Stacey Vaughn and husband Kenneth of Hoschton; 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. Darlene was preceded in death by her husband Otis Gipson and her sister Karen Hess. A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm, Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Blaine Spence. Interment to follow at Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Gainesville.
