Rosa Marie Sanders, age 43 of Flowery Branch, passed away Friday, December 6, 2024. Rosa loved many things including camping, remodeling shoes, visiting neighbors and friends, and her family. She is survived by her mother Rosa Lee Slaven Givens; husband Gerald D. Sanders; son Mark Atwood of Norcross; daughter Alyssa Atwood; brothers William Slaven of Ellijay; Chris Slaven of Flowery Branch; Charles Slaven of Suwannee; George Allen Slaven and wife Dorothy of Flowery Branch. Rosa was preceded in death by her father George Vernon Slaven; daughters Tracy and Stacy Slaven; brother Harlen Slaven. A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Ed Rice and Rev. Dan Smith. Interment cremation.
