Angela “Angie” Marie Gee

Angela “Angie” Marie Gee, of Winder, Georgia, passed away on February 8, 2025, at Northeast
Georgia Medical Center in Braselton after a 2 year battle with cancer. She was born on
December 6, 1965, in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Angie was known for her immense heart and unwavering dedication to caring for others. She
spent her early years in Daytona Beach before making Barrow County her home for most of her
life. She graduated from Winder-Barrow High school in 1983. In 1984 she married Kenneth “Bo”
Gee and they shared 40 years together. She worked in the deli at Ingles for 12 years until a
stroke prevented her from continuing. However, her compassionate nature never wavered—she
devoted herself to helping anyone in need, embodying a fiercely selfless spirit.
She found joy in crocheting, spending time by the beach or lake, and watching crime dramas
like *Criminal Minds* and *Bones* and spending time with her family even when they drove her
crazy.

Angie was preceded in death by her father, Roger Dale Sr.; her son, Kenneth Roger Gee; and
her granddaughter, Lillian Gee. She is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth Paul Gee Sr.;
her sons, Kenneth Gee and his wife Alexandra, Aaron Gee, and Daniel Gee, all of Winder; and
her bonus son, Bradley Maddox. She also leaves behind 14 cherished grandchildren: Katie
Gee, Anthany Gee, Dustin Walker, Lathan Gee, Noelle Decker, Kaylee Gee, Joshua Maddoxx,
Gabriel Walker, Jayden Gee, Tristan Edwards, Kaleb Gee, Landen Carter, and Kristopher.
Angie’s kindness and strength touched countless lives. Her memory will live on in the hearts of
those who knew and loved her.
