Arthur Fay Bell, age 62, of Winder passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013. Arthur is survived by his wife of 16 years Mary Duffy; parents Arthur Bell and Virginia Foos of NY; son Shane Bell of Winder; daughter Amberly Bell of Winder; brothers Dale Bell of NY, Kenneth and JoAnne Bell of NY; Lloyd and Cheryl Bell of NY, Douglas and Jean Bell of NY, Gary and Joan Bell of FL, Jeffery and Tracy Bell of NY; sisters Connie and Gary Clymo of FL, Audrey and Paul Woodcock of NY, and Melody Bell of NY; a host of neices and nephews. He is preceded in death by his sister Donna Bell Fedele. A Memorial Service will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Hilton Methodist Church in the Village Of Hilton, NY.
