Barbara Linda Turner, age 61 of Hoschton, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Monday, March 27, 2017 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Jimmy and Linda Manders officiating. Interment will follow in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, 3878 Braselton Hwy, Buford, GA, 30519. The family will receive friends 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday, March 26, 2017 at the funeral home. Mrs. Turner was born July 7, 1955 in Atlanta to the late Isaac Barnes and the late Gladys E. (Mathis) Barnes. She was a homemaker, a loving wife of 44 years, loved outdoor living and gardening, loved her children and her grandchildren. Mrs. Turner is survived by her husband Aubrey Turner; son Steve Turner and wife Christina; daughter Casey Turner; brothers Curt Barnes, Horrice Barnes, Robert Barnes; sisters Maebelle Worley and Eileen McAfee; grandchildren Debra Turner, Steve Turner II and Gracie Turner.
