Betty Joe Largent, age 40, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Betty was a member of Meadow Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and AWANA. She is survived by her father Billy K. Largent, Jr. of Winchester, VA; her mother Nancy Malone of Winchester; foster mother Bonnie Lee Stokes of Stephens City, VA; significant other B.J. Ketterman of Auburn; daughter Jessica Largent of Winder; brothers Robbie Lee Thomas, Jermey Lee Burroughs, Daniel Arron Yarbery, Gary Largent and Doug Largent all of VA; sisters Billie Joe Emswiter and Bonnie Sue Largent of VA. Betty is preceded in death by her daughter Lilli Ketterman. Memorial services will be held 3:00 pm Friday, February 3, 2012 at Lawson Funeral Home.
