Cheryl Darlene Anderson, age 66, of Winder passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015. Ms. Anderson was survived by her sons Jeff Whidby of FL; David Whidby of IL; daughters Becky Odom and Pamela Anderson both of FL; sister Dawn Darley of CA; niece J.C. and Ruby Darley of Soperton. She is preceded in death by her mother Cleo Darley Wheeler who resided in Soperton, GA. A memorial service and burial of the ashes will be held at the 2:00 pm Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Midway Baptist Church Cemetery, Soperton, GA. Rev. John Drake will be officiating. I knew this lady at the nursing home and she was a sweet woman who we all loved. She was a star among all of us.

I knew Cheryl since she was 22. She was always sweet and kind. In almost 45 years. . Never a cross word passed between us. Never a frown. She was a beautiful light in my life and will be missed more than I suspect she ever could have imagined. My only consolation is that she has found true peace. You were loved Cheryl.Roger Moss
