Dorothy Payne Finn, age 75, of Winder passed away Friday, July 13, 2018. Survivors include her daughters Lisa Finn, Leslie Cash and husband Robbie, Connie Swarbrick, Tina Priest and husband Carlton; son Steven Finn; brothers Frank Payne and wife Brenda and Leonard Payne; cousin Margie Wainwright; grandchildren Greg Finn and wife April, Chris Shannon and wife Lindsey, Sherry Martinez and husband James, Amber Nichols and husband Thomas, Justin Cash and wife Courtney, Lindsey Walters and Mackenzie Shade; great grandchildren Katelin, Ashton, Christopher, Macey, Isaiah, Wesley, Rylan, Anah, Joseph, Aiden and Will; and a host of other relatives. She is preceded in death by her parents Marion and Myrtle Jones Payne; brothers Gene Payne, Clyde Payne, Wyman Payne, Gary Payne, Luther Payne and her twin brother Donald Payne; sisters Lillie Wainwright and Geneva Alcorn. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Covenant Life Sanctuary, 115 Patrick Mill Road, Winder, GA, 30680. Pastor Wayne Norris will be officiating.
