Elaine Mary Asper, age 70, of Hoschton formerly of Clifton, NJ passed away Monday, May 30, 2016. Elaine was a graduate from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology, New York University with a Master Of Business Administration in Finance, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a PhD in Health Administration. She taught at the University of Mary Washington in VA until retiring in Hoschton, GA in 2015. She volunteered with dog rescue groups and dog training. She is survived by her brother Russell W.
