Elsie Frances Allen

Elsie Frances Allen, age of 84 of Cartersville, formerly of Winder, passed away in her home Wednesday July 10, 2019. Survivors include her friend and companion Bob Ingram of Cartersville; sons Terry Allen of Cartersville, Max Woodall and wife Judy Stinchomb Woodall of Canton; daughters Jennie Sheridan and Amy Blakely both of Cartersville; sister Esther Edwards of Dacula. She is preceded in death by her parents C.O Wilkerson and Ruth Davis Wilkerson; sons Scotty Eugene Allen, Jay Keith Allen and brother James B. Wilkerson; 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives. Memorial services will be held 5:00 pm Saturday July 20, 2019 at Whistleville Christian Church, 83 Patrick Mill Road, Winder, GA 30680.  Rev.
