Frank Russell Howland, Jr., age 77, of Braselton passed away Monday, August 15, 2016. Frank was a United States Army veteran. He was a hunter, fisherman and loved camping. He was also a mason and a shriner. He was a member of the All Season’s Sportsman Club since 1968 and volunteered with the Georgia Wildlife Federation. Frank retired after over 30 years with Atlanta Gas Light. Survivors include his wife of 53 years Jane W. Howland; son Franklin Howland III of Dacula; daughter Michele Brown and Shane Helms of Braselton; sisters Jackie Reeves and husband Joe of FL, Babette Morris of TN, Alycia Phillips and husband Fred of Peachtree City; grandchildren Noelle, Ashley and Chelsea; great grandchilden Kayleigh, Wyatt and Clayton; and a host of other relatives. Memorial services will be held 4:00 pm Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Lawson Funeral Home with Rev. Luke Durden officiating. The family will receive friends 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm at the funeral home.
