Gladys Elizabeth Youngblood, age 91, of Gainesville formerly Tennessee passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2014. Gladys was an avid reader and gardener. She was born in North Little Rock, AK to the late James T. Smalling and Iva Lee Kyzer Smalling. Gladys was married to the late Glenn Orville Youngblood in 1955. She lived in Germantown, TN for 25 years and then to Pickwick Lake where she and her late husband spent 15 years before his death. She resided in Gainesville, GA for the past 17 years. Mrs. Youngblood was survived by her sons John Youngblood of TN and Glenn Youngblood of GA; daughters Pamela Parks of TX and Deborah Mooneyhan of GA; grandchildren Laurie Fortune Wiggingham, Michael Macklin, Keely Youngblood and Alix Youngblood and 2 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother James Smalling; sister Lucille Walters Winningham and daughter Patricia Ann Youngblood.
