James Lamar Burgamy, age 73, of Flowery Branch passed away Saturday, October 29, 2016. James loved to play football. He was the first to make Allstate in Hall County. James served in the United States Air Force where he also played football. Survivors include his sons Mike Burgamy, Sr. and wife Carmen, Devin Burgamy and wife Patience; step son David Sosebee; daughter Myra Burgamy; step daughter Rhonda Sosebee; sisters Bobby Ansley and husband Kenneth, Judy Froelich; grandchildren Mike Burgamy, Jr. and wife Holly, Tyler Burgamy and Faith Burgamy; great granddaughter Addalyn Grace. Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Zion Hill Baptist Church, 4100 Falcon Parkway, Flowery Branch, GA, 30542 with Rev. Scott Wilson officiating. Interment following at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at the church.
