Laura Lou Hubbard of Decatur, GA passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018. She was born on November 23, 1935, and she lived a long life of 82 years.
She is preceded in death by two brothers and two sister-in-laws; James Cecil Dyer and wife; Carmen; Buddy Glen Dyer and wife, Dorothy. She is survived by two brothers; Robert Dyer and wife, Frances and Phillip Jay Dyer, and two sisters: Drusella “sister” Roberts and Delores Scroggs and husband Terry; plus many nieces and nephews. Laura believed in the Lord Jesus Christ at an early age and served Him in many ways including teaching Sunday school and singing in the choir. Her gift of humor and laughter was a blessing to all who met her. She always had an upbeat, positive personality and had encouraging words for everyone. She will be missed greatly by family and friends.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Walnut Fork Baptist Church, 557 GA-60, Hoschton, GA, 30548. Interment to follow at Walnut Fork Baptist Church Cemetery.
