Paul William Thomason (Billy Thomason), age 86 passed away Saturday, January 27, 2024 after an at home hospice battle with both dementia & Parkinson’s. He was born in Auburn, GA on March 15, 1937 to Paul William, Sr. & Lena Rivers- McElroy- Thomason. He was a Christian & is now healed & whole in the presence of Jesus. He retired from Lockheed in Marietta, GA where he worked as an aircraft mechanic. Prior to Lockheed he worked with Rohr in Winder, GA. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Janet Stelzriede-Thomason; his daughter Lisa Thomason-Gunter; Granddaughter Hannah Gunter- Mondragon & husband Jamie Mondragon; Son-in-law Jerry Gunter.
