Peggy Ann Carter, age 68, of Statham passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2013. A Memorial Service will be held 10:00 am Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Barrow Memorial Gardens, Winder, GA. She was survived by her sons Randy Carter and wife Joy of Statham and Scott Carter and wife Jessica of Loganville; brother Doug Mills of MD; sister Retta Jean Thompson of MD.
