Randall “Bull” Lee Carter, Sr., age 62, of Jefferson passed away Thursday, June 24, 2021. Bull loved the Lord and his family. He enjoyed spending his time on the lake fishing, sitting at the dirt tracks for car racing and he loved to hunt. Survivors include his wife Mollie “Mindy” Melinda Carter; sons Tony Hardy and wife Paige, John Randall Carter and wife Savannah, Homer Joe Carter and wife Angel, John Latimer, Joshua Wade and ; daughter April Carter; brothers Joe Carter, Gene Carter and Danny Hubbard; sisters Kaye Brock, Anne Duncan and Patti Hunnicutt; grandchildren Lacee, Emily, Hunter, Abby, Charlotte, Walter, Mary, Cohen, Sophie and Riley; great grandchild Jaylin; special nephew Bryan Doster and special niece Julie Doster and a host of other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father Homer C. Carter; mother Katherine Ingram Jones; brothers Bobby Carter, Boggie Carter, JJ Carter and sister Betty Potts. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Mercy Baptist Church, 3796 Tanners Mill Road, Gainesville, GA, 30507. Rev. Carl Helton and J.T. Turpin will be officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel.
