Ricky Claude Ricker

Ricky Claude Ricker, age 68 of Flowery Branch passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024. Ricky was born on January 19, 1956, in Greeneville, Tennessee. He served in the US Army from 1974-1977 in the Guard. He was the owner of RR Services for over 40 years and retired early from Dekalb County in HVAC. Ricky was an avid Goldwing biker & proudly served in the Patriot Guard. He was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife Glenda S. Ricker; children Mike Sue and wife Mary, Nicky Ricker and wife Sylkia, April Robinson and husband Jamie; grandchildren Briana Ricker, Brylee Robinson, Avaree Robinson, Ayden Sue, Jayce Sue, Brody Robinson; sisters Sharon Johnson, Penny King, Teresa Fletcher; brother Tony Malone and wife Lelia; many nieces and nephews. Ricky was preceded in death by his mother and father, Claude and Bobbie Ricker.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Lawson Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm, Friday, November 22, 2024, at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Flowery Branch. Interment cremation.

    When I heard the news, my heart broke. I cannot imagine the pain you are going through, but I want you to know that I am keeping you and your family uplifted in prayer.

    Please take comfort in knowing that Ricky is no longer in pain and is now with God. I believe he will be watching over you all, guiding and protecting you. I pray for peace and comfort for you and your family during this difficult time.
