Robert Kevin “Tiny” Carter, age 40, of Jefferson passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021. Tiny loved racing at the dirt tracks, fishing and hunting. Survivors include his mother Brenda Carlile Redd and Red Carter of Jefferson; daughter Cheyenne Carter of Elberton; brothers Richard Carter of Stephens, Joshua Carter and wife Talisha of Commerce, Junior Carter and Savannah Peppers of Jefferson; sisters Sabrina Carter of Commerce, Kizzy Lee of Acworth, Kay Carlile and husband Rambo of Arcade, Leann Stwinter and husband Charlie of Commerce, Annie Carter and husband Ben of Talmo and a host of other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Clarence Carter. Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, February 28, 2021 at New Liberty United Methodist Church, 25 Charlie Smith Road, Braselton, GA, 30517. Pastors Roger Carlile and Gary Carlyle will be officiating. The family will receive friends at the residence starting at 10:00 am Thursday, February 25, 2021 until service time on Sunday.
