Samuel Dwight McIntyre, age 65 of Eatonton passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023. Samuel loved many things including fishing, animals, being on the water, working on things, and of course his cats. He is survived by his son James McIntyre of Carrollton; daughters Karian McIntyre of Conyers and Erica McIntyre of Hiram; brother Glenn McIntyre; sister Denice Taylor and husband Jerry of Campton; grandchildren Devon, Mason, and Anthony; great grandchildren Paisley, Silas, and Everly. Samuel was preceded in death by his parents James and Runell McIntyre; brothers Bobby McIntyre and Herman McIntyre; sister Patricia Bullington. A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm Friday, September 29, 2023 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be the family. Interment to follow at Hill Haven Memory Gardens.
