Virginia A. Anderson, age 82 of Auburn passed away Sunday, August 6, 2023. She is survived by her son Mark Murray; daughters Tina Poss, Tammy Philips, Tressa Murray, and Melissa Sutton; multiple grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Virginia was preceded in death by by her husband Robert L. Anderson; son Michael Murray; daughter Melissa Murray; brothers Ray Simmons and Tommy Simmons; sister Janie Tench. A Funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Tom Hamm. Interment to follow at Auburn City Cemetery.
