Billy Joe “BJ” Wall, age 87, of Winder passed away Sunday, June 12, 2016. BJ served in the United States Army and retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 20 years Martha Sue Wall; stepsons Joey Gooch and wife Melissa, Bobby Gooch; daughters Kimberley LeAnn Medcalf and husband Josh, Cheryl LaBonte and late husband Steve; son in law John Fuch; sister Sara L. Wall; 14 grandchildren and 4 grandchildren and a host of other relatives. He is preceded in death by his daughter Deborah Fuch. Memorial services will be held 7:00 pm Friday, June 17, 2016 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel with military honors. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
