Simone Mattis, age 39, of Loganville passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012. Simone loved arts and crafts, crocheting, gardening and carpentry work. She is survived by her husband Kevin Mattis; mother and step father Adris and Reynold Thurston; father and step mother Anthony and Beverly Mighty; son Rashaeed Mattis, daughters Kristina Mighty and Aryana Mattis; brothers Donovan Jamel, Edward Mighty, David Mighty, Christopher Mighty, Horatio Mighty, Mark Mighty, and step brother Steven Thomas; sister Jacqueline Mighty and step sister Christine Weiss and aunt Arlene Mighty. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 pm Saturday, October 27, 2012 at St. Edward’s Episcopal Church, 737 Moon Road, Lawrenceville, GA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
